Return & Refund Policy
The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for full refund to be issued. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
- Good sold are not returnable and not accept any refund of subjective factors and personal feelings replacement reason, any non-serious obvious stains and holes can not constitute a reason to return, often based on the use of rude customers scissors or blades to open packaging and sometimes lead to product damage or dirty fingers,but touch the white clothing. So after receipt from the courier & signed the consignment notes the goods are not returnable. SextoySOS goods are after the most stringent Q.C. checks after only send out to our customers. So generally does not pose any problem. We want long terms customers and will not be issued for damaged goods to our customers,so please rest assured.
- All exchange item should have original packing, accessories and reason of exchange.
- Exchange only valid for 3days after received of goods.
- Exchange item is allowed to change the same model only.
- You shall inform us (012-6899 772/017-69993 37) on the faulty goods, pictures are needed on that, then courier it back to our address, and we will investigate before return. Courier fee paid by you are not refundable but we will bear of the courier fee to send it back to you.
- Our terms of definition for defects includes, manufacturing defects, large area of dirt.
- Exchange for the defective products must be done within period stated,additional postage fees will NOT be bear by SextoySOS.
Conditions that are not under exchange policy
- Misuse or mishandling of product.
- Incorrect storing method, i.e. in damp environment.
- Exposure to too high or too low temperature.
- Any alteration done to product.
- Dirt cause by food and drinks.
- Any exchange done without contact our customer service.
- Any product returned with incomplete packing and accessories.
- Tag was removed and wore item.
- We do not accept exchange reason like buyer changed their mind, product not nice as display image, too big or too small & etc.(All goods sold are not refundable)
All photographs are taken at close proximity (Variation in colors may occur due to different display settings.) Original color might be slightly different from the picture due to the computer mornitor setting. Different monitors display colors differently, and everyone's definition of color is not the same,thus we can not guarantee what you see in out pictures is exactly 100% same as our product, we will do our best to describe every item if they are different from our pictures.
